Santa Baby is an annual girls’ empowerment experience created to inspire, uplift, and celebrate the next generation of young women in the Mahoning Valley. Through mentorship, motivational speakers, hands-on workshops, entrepreneurship spotlights, and community connection, the event provides a safe and encouraging space where girls can build confidence, discover their potential, and dream bigger.

Now in its fourth year, Santa Baby brings together local organizations, educators, business leaders, volunteers, and community partners who are passionate about investing in young ladies and helping them thrive. From leadership development and creative expression to self-esteem building and holiday joy, the event creates meaningful experiences that leave a lasting impact long after the day is over.
